Prior to the start of the game, the game operator announces how the seal card prize will be awarded; to a single winner or among multiple winners.

Players holding pulltabs containing a pre-determined winning number, letter or symbol combination instantly win cash prizes or qualify for seal card play. (A)

The register portion of an Organization's Choice seal card displays the list of pre-determined qualifying numbers (or symbols or letters, as the case may be). (B)

Qualifying players may simply hold their pulltabs or be asked to sign up on the register next to the number displayed on his or her pulltab, while waiting for seal card play to begin. (C)

When all register numbers have been accounted for, the operator opens the appropriate seal (D or E, as announced prior to the start of the game) , revealing the number(s) of the player(s) who wins the seal card award.
