The register portion of a
Single Progressive Style seal card displays the
list of pre-determined
qualifying numbers (or symbols or letters, as the case may be). (B)

Qualifying players may
simply hold their pulltabs or be asked to sign up
on the register next to the number displayed on
his or her pulltab, while waiting for seal card

numbers have been accounted for, the game
operator opens the seal, revealing the number of
the player who wins the seal award! (D)
